Standard Operating Procedures
After years of practice, Forenergy has optimized its supervision service. We have concluded Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) attached to each category of products and service solutions. Through this handy reference to daily inspection practices specified for each particular customer, accumulation of non-conformance case analysis experiences have also been absorbed in SOP, thus the precision and punctuality of service could be guaranteed.

Inspection
Pre-shipment Inspection
The inspection comprises of a detailed visual and dimensional inspection prior to delivery. Generally, it will be conducted at the mills of the manufacturer, and on samples randomly selected according to stated sampling procedures.
The inspection criteria covers quality, quantity, marking, packing, and etc., all of which are based on the specifications and reference samples provided by customer.
Upon completion of the final random inspection, a detailed inspection report has to be sent to the client, while an inspection certificate is issued to the supplier at the same time on occasion that all the findings are positive
